BUNDAL ISLAND
Defence Housing Authority was preparing a feasibility for future development of Bundal Island. The island is located about one km to the south-east of DHA Golf Club across Korangi Creek. It has an area of about 7000 acres.
The drilling equipment and vehicles were towed to the island using a floating platform constructed by joining two boats. Large tracts of island are inundated during high tide making the drilling job all the more challenging.
